CAFT is an Advanced Technology Center of the New Jersey Commission on Science and Technology
The CAFT's mission is:
To be a leader
in Industry/University/Government initiatives that create and enhance application of
science and technologies that address product, process, and manufacturing needs for the
delivery of high quality, health promoting foods and food materials to consumers.
