Goal of Program

To:    develop needed new knowledge in food science and technology;
         provide generic solutions for member company problems, and 
   
      transfer that knowledge to the food industry for use in specific product and process improvements.

Research activities are focused in three major cluster areas:

CAFT works closely with its industrial members to ensure that the research performed is of the highest quality and relevant to company interests. For an annual membership fee, companies derive many benefits (as mentioned below).
